I studied Business Mgmt / Marketing at UCF and, in 1998, began my career as a Bass fishing guide and tournament fisherman on Lake Okeechobee at Roland Martin's Marina. After 5 years on the Big O, I relocated back to the Orlando, FL. area and continued to grow Chuck's Guide Service. In 2019, I co-founded GuideFishing.com as a news source for everything bass fishing. In an effort to continue diversifying, in early 2020, I co-founded CPF Lures. Over the years, I've learned that the best way to truly make a living in the Bass Fishing Industry is by diversifying. So, to continue filling my already full plate in January 2023, I accepted the position of Product Marketing Manager at iKon Boats. After personally operating over 6,000 charter trips, my position at iKon Boats has allowed me to semi-retire from everyday guiding. While I still do an occasional trip, I have constructed a team of the best guides in C. Florida to handle the load. Going forward, in 2024, I will be fishing the Southern Division of the MLF Toyota Series.
